Geomembranes EGI specializes in the installation of various geomembranes using state of the art seaming equipment. Seaming process include fusion welding, extrusion welding, hot air welding, solvent seaming , sewing and specialized tape systems. EGI installs: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) liners available in 20, 30 and 40 mil thickness HDPE (high density polyethylene) liners available in 40, 60, 80, 100 mil thickness LLDPE liners (low linear density polyethylene) liners available in 40, 60, 80, 100 mil thickness PPE, PPE-R (polypropylene – unreinforced and reinforced) liners available in 30 mil, 40 mil unreinforced, 36 mil reinforced, 45 mil reinforced GCL (geosynthetic clay liner) available uncoated and coated, in a variety of geotextile backings EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) liner – available in 36 mil and 45 mil thickness Specialty liners – reinforced PE, XR5, FDA approved liner and a variety of other liners designed for specific applications

Geotextiles EGI installs woven, nonwoven and specialized geotextiles in a variety of applications such as landfills, roadways, berm and slope reinforcement, basins, sinkhole remediations and subgrade reinforcement. EGI using specialized seaming equipment such as Union Special 2200B field sewing machines, fusion welding machines and Leister hot air hand welders to seam overlaps. By seaming, geotextiles stay in place and minimize the use of sand bags, making it easier for excavators to place soil or stone cover over geotextiles

Silt Fence EGI installs a variety of silt fences to help contractors keep their site in compliance. Silt fences include: Commercial silt fence 24” and 36” (nom. 2x2 stakes 8’ o.c.) DOT silt fence 18” and 36” – PA, NJ, DE. – may include 4’ o.c. stakes, mesh backing geotextile, and/or tie-backs

Silt Sox EGI installs a Silt Sox (Filtrex and others) as erosion control to help contractors keep their site in compliance. Silt Sox can be fabricated on site or shipped palletized and installed on site Diameter sizes are 8”, 12”, 24”, 36”. Sox can be “pyramided” to create a berm around detention areas An alternate straw wattle is also available in 8” and 12” diameters

Warning Barrier Fence EGI installs a variety of Warning barrier and tree protection fences to help contractors keep their site in compliance. Fences include: Steel T-posts 10’ o.c., - 48” -72” heights Colors includes Orange, Green, Hi-vis green, black . Other colors are available depending on quantity

Super Silt Fence EGI installs a variety of Super silt fences to help contractors keep their site in compliance. Super Silt fences include: Galvanized 2” posts 10’ o.c., Chain link fabric, geotextile backing, top support wire. Super silt fence comes in 42” height up to 72” height (typically baffles
