Geotextiles
EGI installs woven, nonwoven and specialized geotextiles in
a variety of applications such as landfills, roadways, berm
and slope reinforcement, basins, sinkhole remediations and
subgrade reinforcement.
EGI using specialized seaming equipment such as Union
Special 2200B field sewing machines, fusion welding
machines and Leister hot air hand welders to seam overlaps.
By seaming, geotextiles stay in place and minimize the use
of sand bags, making it easier for excavators to place soil or
stone cover over geotextiles
EGI supplies both nonwoven and woven geotextiles. We
